For the colour in nick: its simple ^^

Make this --> Go in file Q3ut4/autoexe.

There you can do binds etc ..

Now for the coulours in name --> write down /name ^7]S^5ua^7D[^5Alche^7mist*

Then go in game, open your console and copie the name into it.
Thats a difficult way for do it, but it is sure.
